About Our Organization
EEAD staff has a combined total of 145 years of experience in combating employment discrimination. Our staff has a developed specialized understanding of the intricacies of the EEOC and Fair Employment Practice Agency’s processes. Our Chairman served as an EEOC investigator for over 27 years and our President has served as a community advocate for more than 17 years. Our mission includes supporting disabled and non-disabled veterans who experience employment discrimination in hiring. Our specialized staff includes retired military personnel, attorneys, business managers, former EEOC and state civil rights commission employees and many other social change advocates. All have a vested interest in sound and effective community development.
Employment discrimination has no boundaries, but needs to be contained. We believe that too many people go through the employment enforcement agency administrative process and know very little about it. Therefore we believe anti-discrimination enforcement agencies need more assistance with developing community alliances and partnerships for equal rights in employment. EEAD is here to assist Veterans, individuals, corporations and small businesses. We understand how difficult and confusing the EEOC and FEPA process can be, which is why we are here to help you every step of the way.
