How We Help

EEAD is diligent on bringing awareness to what is often known as a “silent crime” in the workplace. Our organization is honing in on the devastating amount of employment discrimination charges that are being filed with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and States that have Fair Employment Practice Agency’s. Our mission includes bringing awareness to disabled and non-disabled Veterans about their rights under the Veterans Employment Opportunity Act. In the closing year of 2010, a total of 99,922 employment discrimination charges were filed by everyday hard working Americans.  Out of this alarming number of 99,922 charges, EEOC  found a “reasonable cause finding” with 4.7% (4,981) of the charges.  Since 1997, the amount of charges being filed by working Americans has only increased in numbers. We here at EEAD, say Enough is Enough! Let us help you to be heard and to educate and empower you on how to make anti-discrimination laws accountable to you.

Our desire is to develop partnerships with corporations and small businesses by creating community awareness that will serve to improve equal rights in employment.

EEAD is a 501 (c) (3) charitable non profit organization.  All donations made are tax deductible.
