The Equal Employment Anti-Discrimination Foundation is forcefully fighting to keep the American worker at work regardless of their veteran disability status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, pregnancy, race, gender, disability, religion, credit history, criminal history etc… This includes applicants who are actively in search of employment opportunities. EEAD believes every individual should be treated equal, not better, just equal when it comes to hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and promotion opportunities. We cannot do this alone. We need your help today! Please donate whatever you can. Even if you can only donate $5.00. What ever the amount is, it will help, and even if you believe our cause is not for you donate any way because the next victim of employment discrimination could be your friend or loved one. This individual could lose their job next week or next year and lose everything he/she owns and end up with bad credit or worse! Before you realize you have been treated unfairly, or your next application is denied because of bad credit or for whatever other reasons an employer decides you are not qualified and despite the fact you have done that same job for years, no help is out there except for expensive attorney’s to prove your case. Organizations know you cannot afford to fight back. As you know unemployment insurance payments will not save your credit. Your donation will assist in our anti-discrimination campaigns. Donate and watch our work make the American workplace a place for you. It takes time, money, and energy. Our team consists of advocates who have worked for the EEOC or have been long time advocates, lawyers and paralegals and we have been successful thus far. We want to take our efforts worldwide. EEAD will allocate your donations to the following expenses:
· Programs and campaigns that effect employment discrimination
· Attorney’s fees to help victims file law suits
· Fundraising efforts to spread the word on EEAD’s efforts
· Necessary administrative cost
